Pacjenci z Polski chcący umówić się na szczepienie Covid-19 mogą zadzwonić na telefon 728 217 121.

Dear patients,

The Covid-19 vaccines in Poland are strictly under government control. Regardless of nationality, you can get vaccinated for free if you fulfill the criteria. The Healthcare team volunteered to administer Covid-19 vaccines with our patients in mind.
See the NEWS section for details.

Other appointments

Due to the current epidemiological situation we have introduced new rules for medical consultations at HealthCare. Please acquaint yourself with them before coming for a visit at our practice. They can be found on our website.

  • Please do not come without an appointment!
  • It is compulsory to wear masks at our practice.
  • Upon arrival you will need to disinfect your hands.
  • Please be on time for your appointment. If you arrive early or late, call us before entering.
  • During infectious season, appointments for vaccinations and physicals will be scheduled only for the morning (before 12).
  • Please reduce the number of people accompanying the patient. Only one parent or guardian should accompany children for a visit.

According to WHO recommendations, contact between medical staff and patients should not take longer than 15 minutes as that highly reduces the possibility of Sars-CoV-2 transmission. Therefore we have decided to  divide consultations into two stages:

First stage (at home, before the visit): patient describes their symptoms very thoroughly over the phone or via email

Second stage (at our practice): patient comes for a visit to get examined and treated by a doctor

– If you are a new patient we will email you a Personal Data Form and Medical History Questionnaire. Please fill them out at home and bring them with you for your visit.

– If you are coming for a vaccination, well-child or school physical appointment please email us the vaccination record of a patient beforehand

– If the patient has infectious symptoms but is in good general condition (no breathing difficulties, fever reactive to medications, good hydration etc.)  they will be tested for COVID-19 and for flu, as well as be briefly examined by a doctor. Further action will depend on the test results which should be available after 24 hours. We will be in contact with the patient in case their symptoms worsen.
