COVID-19 vaccine for patients above 60

All people over 60 can now register for a Covid vaccine. If you have a PESEL number and you’d like to get vaccinated at our clinic, please send us an email. Make sure to include your phone number and PESEL. You can also look for available slots in other places through your online patient’s profile at https://pacjent.erejestracja.ezdrowie.gov.pl/ .  If you’d like to receive the vaccine in Poland but don’t have a PESEL, you need to schedule an appointment with your doctor so that they can make a referral. You will need to bring your passport to the appointment.
